Acquisition Criteria
In working with our exclusive investment partners, we are able to offer quick closings and no financing contingencies with the following general guidelines:

$1,000,000 minimum per property no maximum

Ten Years or more on Retail, Office and Industrial properties, unless value-add properties

Cash, no financing contingency, will entertain assumption of debt

Require a 45 day Due Diligence Period

We are acting solely on behalf of the principal and do not require participation in brokerage fees. We do pay cooperating brokerage fees.
